Wonders! Unknown person broke into Immaculate Conception Cathedral Lokoja, Kogi State, last week Friday, 4th August, and stole the Blessed Sacrament from the Adoration Chapel.
Catholic Priests in the Diocese took to the street to demonstrate their displeasure with prayers and also ask God for forgiveness.
Speaking on the sad development, Fr. Ariko Pius said:
“An unknown person stole the Blessed Sacrament from the Cathedral. Solemn procession in Lokoja streets with prayers of mercy and forgiveness from God.”
“The unknown person cut off the top of the monstrance and let with the Lord. From the adoration chapel Last week Friday”
