Many friends and fans reached out to Nollwyood actress Halima Abubakar when she was critically ill. The young lady has been reportedly sick and has been away from the movie industry for quite some time due to her ill health.
In a recent chat with Saturday Beats, the actress said she has yet to get back to the movie set because of her health. She said;
“I am recuperating; I am not back to work. I need to be strong enough before I get to work.”
Reliving the days she was incapacitated, the actress said despite how frail she was, she knew she was going to survive and come out of the ill health.
“I really thank my fans, their prayers helped a lot. I just thank everybody who was there for me. I also want to use this opportunity to thank the first lady of Kogi State. God should just bless her.”
