The pastor who recently rejected a Rolls Royce gift, also gave them free accommodations in OPM free estates, opened shops for their wives as their children were enrolled in free OPM schools.
Some were enrolled in skills acquisitions program like, oil and gas training, ICT, pipeline welding, etc.
